I recently received 100' of drip line. 50' of run was seriously kinked. I was able to straighten out the run but every place there had been a kink the plastic was discolored and clearly stressed. As soon as I released the drip line it wanted to recoil back into the kinked position. I spoke to Eric Luchsinger who claimed the coil is sometimes shipped kinked. Od course I found that hard to believe as we all no the pitfalls of a kinked drip line.
He refused to ship replacement drip line even though I sent pictures of the kinks per his request. The web site claims excellent customer satisfaction but I, for one, am far from satisfied. Think twice before your purchase from The Drip Store.
