Alaska Construction Academies (ACA) with locations in the Anchorage, Mat-Su, and Fairbanks area, are co-ed, and offers introductory training in several trades skills including; carpentry, welding, plumbing, electrical, weatherization and more. The Helmets to Hardhats (H2H) program is designed to serve Veterans, transitioning soldiers, Guard, Reserves and spouses. Reaching out to retired and transitioning active-duty military members and helps them connect to quality career and training in construction.
