Services
Roof Replacement
We specialize in complete roof replacements using premium materials like Timberline shingles. Our process includes removing old roofing, inspecting sheathing, installing ice and water shields, and applying durable finishes. Clients benefit from enhanced property protection and energy efficiency through proper ventilation systems.
Siding Repair
Our siding repair services address damage from weather exposure or wear. We work with vinyl, wood, and cedar materials, offering both spot repairs and full replacements. Proper installation prevents moisture intrusion while improving exterior aesthetics and home value.
Ice Dam Removal
Emergency ice dam removal prevents structural damage from frozen roof gutters. We use steam-based techniques to safely melt ice without harming roofing materials. This service includes gutter cleaning and insulation recommendations to prevent future occurrences in New England winters.
Chimney Repairs
We repair chimney flashing, repoint brickwork, and replace damaged crowns. Our process ensures watertight seals between chimneys and roofs using lead flashing and urethane sealants. Regular maintenance prevents costly water damage to attics and interior walls.
Deck Installations
Custom deck construction includes pressure-treated lumber, Trex composite, or Azek PVC materials. We handle framing, railings, and finishing touches while ensuring proper drainage. Clients gain durable outdoor living areas that withstand New England's climate conditions.
