I had my steps and chimney repaired by John (the owner) and his team. I can't say enough about their work. I love my new steps and the chimney repair is top notch! They cleaned up everything when they were finished. My husband and I have had some bad experiences with other local contractors, sadly. John is honest and awesome to work with! I would highly recommend this company. Thank you John and team! Kate :)

Top to bottom are nothing but scammers. Suggest you go somewhere else, and give you names of places. I have a small leak in my batrroom. I heard on Legends how good they are maybe if you have a 30,000 dollar other than that they don't want to be bothered. You must have to be a DJ at legends to getthem to do a job

I had my step repaired with a "Lifetime Warranty" which means nothing to Top To Bottom. He had every reason in the world not to take care of the problem. Said he would stop by to look at it and never did. I have all my original papers which say "Lifetime Warranty".
