Services
Reroofing
Our reroofing service addresses complete roof system replacements using premium 30-year architectural shingles from EMCO or Heritage. We begin with a thorough roof evaluation to identify underlying issues like storm damage or vent pipe problems. The process includes detailed contract documentation and installation by experienced professionals ensuring long-term durability and protection for residential properties.
Gutter Installations
We provide custom seamless gutter installations using high-quality materials processed through our 032 gutter machine. Our system prevents blockages and matches home aesthetics with multiple color options. The installation includes proper downspout placement for optimal water drainage, protecting foundations from water damage while maintaining visual appeal through coordinated vinyl or aluminum materials.
Chimney Flashing
Our chimney flashing service prevents water infiltration by installing durable metal systems beneath shingles. The process directs water flow away from vulnerable chimney-roof intersections, preventing costly leaks and structural damage. Backed by decades of experience, our technicians ensure proper installation that integrates seamlessly with existing roofing materials for long-term protection.
Soffit Replacements
We replace damaged soffits with aluminum or vinyl materials that prevent pest intrusion while maintaining proper attic ventilation. The process includes fascia replacement and capping for a finished appearance. Available in multiple color options, our soffit systems enhance home aesthetics while protecting roof structures from moisture damage caused by inadequate ventilation.
Rubber Roofing
Our Carlisle-certified rubber roofing systems provide durable waterproof solutions for flat or low-slope roofs. The installation includes multiple application methods tailored to budget and structural requirements, with comprehensive warranty options. This commercial-grade material resists UV degradation and punctures, offering long-term protection for residential properties requiring specialized roofing solutions.
