Under the guidance of 4th generation owner Tommy Houchin, our Project Delivery System has been fine-tuned and is the blueprint for how we run each and every job, from start to finish. Primarily providing Design-Build and Construction Management services, Houchin Construction, Inc. takes pride in the high level of service provided to all clients.

Do we know how to construct a building? Of course. But there is so much more to a project than just the actual construction. At Houchin Construction, our knowledge extends to all phases of your project. As both a general contracting and architectural firm, we are able to develop "buildable, " cost-effective designs. We know how to organize and coordinate people and information to streamline the design and building processes. We know what is needed from each member of the project team, when it is needed, and how to communicate those needs.
