Florida Quality Roofing (FQR) was established in 2002 by German Duarte, a second generation professional roofing contractor. Duarte's father had been in the roofing industry since the 1980's, which motivated German to open the company to join his father as he transitioned into retirement. They worked together for a couple of years until Duarte Sr. retired. However, FQR has remained a family owned and operated company throughout the years, with a successful reputation for honest and professional services.
I wanted to change the roof at my mother's house. Well, We looked at so many roofing companies before choosing Florida Quality Roofing. This is just like they say. It's not just a roofing company, this is, THE Roofing Company. The whole process went very smooth, very professional, very organized. I noticed that, they take pride in what they do, and how they do it. They even changed our skylight on the roof. I usually do inspections in properties around Dade and Broward Counties, and I will definitely recommend Florida Quality Roofing to my colleges, friends and family members. They will go trough the whole process, and you wont notice it around your property, very clean all around. There is a lot of roofing companies, but this one? Today I got a card in the mail appreciating me for doing business with them. It's a simple gesture that speaks volumes about their business practices and professionalism. German came to house for the initial visit. He's a no frills guy. He operates with total transparency about the work they do, how they do it and who will do it. The work they did was superb with the best quality materials and workmanship. I should be sending them a thank you card. So here it is. Thank you for making this decision very easy for me. Thank you for doing good work. And thank you for being professional and being the best in a world full of sloppy, messy and dishonest work.
