New Construction: CopperWorks installs lifetime roofing solutions in copper and zinc. Many clients choose an entire metal roof system in copper or zinc - standing seam, metal tiles, stamped panels. Others choose copper and zinc for edge metals (flashing; ridges, venting, gutter & downspout) to ensure the lifespan of other roofing solutions, such as lifetime shingles, tile or slate. Historic Preservation: CopperWorks specializes in the installation of roofing systems for historical residences, liturgical buildings, universities, and public buildings.

CopperWorks Corporation was founded in 1993 by GuentherHuber, whose family has been in the sheetmetal business in Germany for morethan 200 years. Located in Decatur, Alabama, CopperWorks specializes in the design, fabrication and installation ofcopper and zinc roofing projects. Mr. Huber consults nationally with architectural firms and contractors for the design and specification of roofing projects, specializing in historical renovation and preservation. In addition, CopperWorks invests heavily in the European-style training of its employees who are expert fabricators and installers who have long tenures with the company.

We have decades of experience in many high end roofing materials, mainly copper, zinc, cedar, and slate. We can craft and install any of these types of roofs as well as add elements of these materials to high quality shingle roofs, such as copper flashings. It doesn't matter if it is a multi-million dollar public building or a residential house, Copperworks can install anywhere. Guenther Huber, founder of CopperWorks, has more than 35 years' experience in the sheetmetal roofing industry. He has extensive experience and expertise in planning and designing roofing solutions in copper and zinc.

Copperworks designs and installs custom zinc, copper, slate and cedar architectural elements for projects throughout the world. We utilize techniques that have been passed down for hundreds of years, along with modern methods and equipment. This is actually the fourth generation to be doing this work!
