Great selection of plants, but staff are so rude that I feel uncomfortable on every visit. Follow me through the greenhouse, stare while I'm looking inside. Friends who have gone also say they get the same feeling. Cashier asked if I "even know about" the particular type I was getting, and proceeded to quiz me on its care. Won't be back anymore, severely disappointed. It'll be worth the drive to go elsewhere and avoid the attitude you get here.
Very knowledgeable and kind staff! I had lots of questions and the staff answered them all. My daughter also lost her stuffed cow toy while we were shopping and a very kind staff member gave her a cow from the fairy garden to take home. Such a nice gesture!
Absolutely LOVE Garden Heights. I was looking for a place with a good succulents selection and they knocked it out of the park. Not only is their location super easy to find and super cute, it's full of tons of different styles, and most importantly - a super helpful and knowledgeable staff. With in minutes Sue & Mike helped me pick what I wanted, and had it planted for me and ready to go. Will not be taking my business anywhere. Well worth the hour drive for me to come back to them.
