Services
Roofing Replacement
Our residential roofing replacement services address complete roof system upgrades using premium materials from CertainTeed and ProVia. We handle all roofing types including shingle, rubber, slate, metal, and tile installations. Our certified installers follow manufacturer specifications for proper ventilation and waterproofing, ensuring long-term durability. Each project includes a dedicated quality control inspection to verify workmanship meets our standards.
Seamless Gutters
Custom-formed seamless gutters eliminate leak-prone seams through on-site fabrication using 6" aluminum materials. Our installation includes reinforced hidden hangers spaced every 32" for superior support and elastomeric sealants at all miters and connections. We offer 3-year workmanship warranties on new gutter systems with optional Gutter Helmet protection to prevent debris accumulation while maintaining water flow through surface tension technology.
Gutter Helmet
Gutter Helmet installation provides permanent debris protection through patented surface tension design that allows water to flow into gutters while repelling leaves and debris. Backed by a double lifetime warranty, our certified installers ensure proper attachment to existing gutter systems. This solution eliminates ladder cleaning requirements while maintaining optimal drainage capacity for rainfall rates up to 22 inches per hour.
Chimney Repairs
Comprehensive chimney repair services address masonry deterioration, flashing leaks, and structural damage through professional tuckpointing and crown replacement techniques. Our process includes removing existing crowns, applying ice-guard barriers, and pouring reinforced concrete with 1" reveals for proper water shedding. We use elastomeric caulk at all tile-to-brick intersections and apply masonry waterproofing to extend chimney lifespan while preventing interior moisture intrusion.
Roofing Repair
Our permanent roof repair solutions address leaks, storm damage, and material deterioration using manufacturer-approved techniques. Certified estimators identify root causes through comprehensive inspections before providing written cost estimates. We specialize in repairing animal damage, replacing damaged shingles, and fixing leaky gutters and skylights. Most repairs utilize existing material matches while maintaining proper flashing and ventilation standards to prevent future issues.
