M.E.B. Systems Inc. was founded in 1977, by Mose and Ellen Beachy (M.E.B. is an acronym for their names) and is still a family owned and operated business. Mose started out in the early days mainly installing fluid applied elastomeric rubberized roof coatings manufactured by the Conklin Company. As the business grew, Mose saw the opportunity for growth by getting into the single-ply membrane market in 1982. In 1985 Conklin Company introduced Hy-Crown hypalon single-ply membrane to the market. Many of M.E.B. Systems Inc. original Hy-Crown roofs installed in 1985 are still performing today.
Just as the name indicates, single-ply membrane is a singular piece of rubber membrane that is installed over the roof substrate to create a water proof roof surface. However, not all single-ply membranes are created equal. We've taken the hard work out of choosing the right materials and only offer what we know will perform. M.E.B. Systems Inc. has experience with a wide range of the single-ply membranes that are available on the market today. A complete waterproofing system for metal roofs that inhibits rust, stops leaks and provides an energy efficient, long-lasting and attractive finish coat for years of service.
M.E.B. Systems Inc. offers maintenance agreements to perform annual or bi-annual roof inspections. Each maintenance agreement is taylored to fit your needs. Typically a complete inspection is done of the roof system. The roof is inspected for any damage caused by storms, freeze thaw cycles, and also damage caused by other trades who service equipment on your roof. Edge flashings, caulking, and seams are examined. The drains, gutters, and scuppers are also cleaned. Minor repairs within an agreed upon dollar amount are included in the inspection as well as photos to showing before and after shots of the repair.
