Wholesale Plant Nursery in Louisiana
Founded in 1975 by Robert Dupont Jr., our nursery began as a small retail operation in Plaquemine, Louisiana, and has grown into one of the South's largest wholesale nurseries. With 11 greenhouses and 500,000 square feet of growing space, we specialize in rare and unusual bedding plants, succulents, and the exclusive Cajun Hibiscus line. Our family-owned business remains committed to innovation, starting all plants in-house through unrooted cuttings or seeds.Over decades, we've cultivated a reputation for quality, serving retailers from Texas to Florida. Our partnership with Father Robert Gerlich in developing Cajun Hibiscus cultivars reflects our dedication to horticultural excellence. Today, the Dupont legacy continues under the leadership of Robert's sons, Jeffrey and Robert, ensuring the same care and expertise that defined our early years.

I'm sure they have a lot of great flowers, and their hibiscus look amazing, but their milkweeds killed my caterpillars even though they said they hadn't been sprayed.
