Our technician, Luis was great. Friendly and professional. I lost my keys after a weekend trip and could not find the spare in our storage unit after a few hours of looking. They came within an hour (we were not locked out of the house so we're not in a huge hurry). Luis was able to unlock my car and cut new keys within about 30 minutes. He even suggested I check with my insurance company to see if they covered the cost of lost keys. Would definitely recommend this company again!

I was having a horrible experience with another locksmith and the dealership for my car before I called intel and Luis got me a new key in about ten minutes when the other locksmith couldn't get my alarm to stop in 40 minutes. Luis was so knowledgeable and professional when even the dealership treated me with disrespect. I am so grateful for their service won't go to anyone else

I have used Intel Lock myself, and have sent several of my clients to them to have their business locks rekeyed. Their service has always been very professional, fast and honest. I will continue to only recommend Intel Lock to my clients for all of their locksmith and safety needs.
