Not a company I would recommend. They are still very much open and in business too. Regardless of what they quote you it'll be the highest of that. You will have to go through management for any type reasonable rate which is complicated to say the least.
Very dishonest company. Poor customer service. I was quoted a price of $125-$185 for someone to open my safe. I left him to open my safe and went down stairs. He came down a few minutes later and gave me an invoice for $580! He had already done the work. He never came down stairs to let me know it would be more $. Sneaky! Then his car broke down in my driveway. Terrible company! I would never recommend!
Tried to resolve issues to no avail. Told $29 trip fee $35 per lock, told would not cost more unless lock was difficult to open. Lock took less than 5 minutes to pop, got charged $29 trip fee and $95 for lock. How much time does an easy to open lock take? 20 seconds? This is ridiculous. I just feel dirty having dealt with these people. Yes, they are fast, but they charge for it. If it's $95 for a lock, just tell people up front. Don't lie to them.
