I had JB Roofing come look at my roof to diagnose a small leak in my upstairs bathroom. Joe found the root cause - cracked vent pipe gasket/caulking-within a minute after climbing onto my roof. He caulked it up free of charge (he didn't want payment as it was a temporary fix until we can set up a time for him to come back for the permanent fix)! Thank you Joe! Joe has been amazing to work with. He has gone above and beyond to help us with issues that another company created. Not only did he do a wonderful job on our roof, his customer service has been outstanding.

Believe it or not I didn't I didn't go with Joe for my roof replacement. I feel as though I should have though.
