In 1991, Marine Corps Veteran Dave Casey started his own roofing company to serve the needs of Des Moines and Central Iowa. Rubber Roofing Systems has been family owned and operated ever since. With more than 30 years of experience in the roofing industry, together with his wife and son, Dave Casey has built Rubber Roofing Systems to be one of the most reliable and respected roofing companies in Iowa. Quality materials, expert workmanship, and superb customer service have always been the top priorities at Rubber Roofing Systems.

Dave Casey is the founder and Partner in Rubber Roofing Systems. He founded the company in 1991 and currently does the role of Superintendent and overseas all projects and proposals. Dave has been in the local flat roofing business over 35 years and brings vast knowledge and great understanding to every project. Jenny Casey is also a founder and Partner in Rubber Roofing Systems. She has managed the office the from day 1 and continues to provide the highest levels of customer service. Jenny uses a part time office staff to help her with day to day business operations.
