Koch Construction was founded in 1980 by Karl and Jeff Koch. Karl began his residential construction career in 1955 and is an accomplished homebuilder, finish carpenter, and cabinet maker. Karl was born in America, but was raised in Denmark, returning to the USA in 1950. Koch Construction was founded on the old world values of craftsmanship, work ethic, and integrity that Karl brought back with him to America. These are the same values, coupled with modern day technology, that our work today is based on.

Adding the final touches to our exterior remodel! Carpenters will be installing the rest of the siding and stone over the next couple of days.
Our team recently started demo on a new bathroom remodel. We tore out the original bathroom from the 60's and will be making the space light and bright with all white finishes! Stay tuned for progress pictures.
