Before taking the GMB courses, you must have the CGB, CGR, or CGA designation with 5 years of building experience, or 10 years of building experience and have completed three CGB/CGR/CGA courses. The National Association of Home Builders' Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designation is an exclusive professional designation for builders.
