Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, Inc. is a manufacturing company located in Green Lake, Wisconsin, serving the Polyurethane Spray Foam and Polyurea coating industry with custom coatings and spray foam insulation, equipment, parts and service, and custom built application trailers and rigs. We make and supply spray polyurethane foam in densities from half pound to 10-pound density and beyond. Spray foam is available in both water blown and gas blown versions. The water blown spray foam is an "Eco-green" product that provides an environmentally-safe alternative to home and industrial insulation solutions.

Spray Foam Roof Systems have a rigid and durable surface that you can walk on. A thick (typically 1.5 thick) closed-cell polyurethane waterproofing barrier seals the roof against leaks. Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is the only roofing material that has no seams. Foam roofing bonds around roof penetrations such as pipes, vents and edges forming an impenetrable wedge, leaving these penetrations "high and dry." Additionally, the roof surface is built up in ponding areas to eliminate heavy standing water and improve drainage.

Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, Inc. manufactures a wide variety of expandable polyurethane spray foam insulation products for many uses. Foams can be broken down in two ways. The first is related to how the foam expands. We provide both water blown and gas blown foam, which relates to what chemical is used to make the foam expand. Water blown foam obviously uses water vapor to provide the expanding function while gas blown foam uses a gas made in the chemical reaction between the A & B components to provide the lift.

Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, Inc. features a variety of Polyurea coatings and other specialized primers, epoxies, silicones and urethanes. These coatings can be tailored to your specific needs and can be developed in a number of colors, formulations and physical properties. If you need a surface that can be driven on by heavy equipment, or a welding surface that you want to keep clean, Oak Ridge's Polyaspartics are the most advanced coating for you.
