Mad City Windows and Bath did a beautiful job on our bath/shower remodel. They tore everything down to the studs and installed a beautiful bath and shower combination. Installer was courteous and professional. Thank you, Mad City, for our beautiful new shower!

Job# 287767. Mad City was very easy to work with from start to finish. Installers were professional and friendly. They did a good job communicating with me during the job. Needed a window replacement after the job and it was very easy and fast.

A contractor that did what they said they would in the time they said they'd do it!! They came on the specified date, 2 fellows worked all day, worked for 2-1/2 days and cleaned everything up when they left!! We were very happy with the job they did!

Nightmare experience. Refused to make repairs for defective work for weeks. I had to get independent contractors to prove it was their company's issue. The owner was rude and dismissive. The job has had to be redone. I am still waiting for completion. Run away from this company.

I got a new bathtub and shower surround. I had to wait a little longer than I wanted to to get it done but it was a busy time of the year and it was definitely worth the wait. My bathroom looks so much better now and taking a bath is amazing. (If you like your baths, definitely go with the deeper tub!) Very very happy.
