If I could give this company no stars, I would. My husband called to get an estimate for hail damage on our roof. Not only did it take almost a week to hear back, when asked where we live, which is a historic district in Kansas City, the man replied, "We don't do big, ugly houses." Then something to the effect of, "there are enough jobs and guys are choosing one story PV homes." Well good for them, but poor, poor customer service. What sort of professional says something like that? A simple, I'm sorry we are completely booked would have sufficed. Don't contact this business for anything, they don't deserve it.
Joe and his company put in a new roof for me a few years ago. Since then he has done the roof of a few other friends and family. His workers are amazing. Very professional and they do an excellent job on clean up.
