When I got out of the Marine Corps in 1986 I bought this home and it had 2 Lomanco turbine vents on it. I checked today and one was not spinning and the upper bearing had gone south. I called Lomanco customer service on the off chance they would replace the turbine head. I talked with Jennifer who was extremely helpful and they are sending out a replacement. I know they have a lifetime warranty but come on, that's 31 years. You guys are the best.
