The Emerald Leaf

The Emerald Leaf has been a cornerstone of Colorado's horticultural industry since 1993, operating as the state's largest wholesaler of houseplants, tropical foliage, and garden supplies. Our 38,000-square-foot greenhouse in Broomfield, CO, serves florists, nurseries, and government agencies across 10 states, offering an unparalleled selection of cacti, succulents, and pottery. We distinguish ourselves by refusing to sell to big-box chains, ensuring our partners receive exclusive access to premium plant material. With decades of experience and relationships with growers from California to Indonesia, we combine global sourcing with local expertise. Our commitment to customer service is demonstrated through flexible delivery options, cash/check discounts, and specialized programs for fundraisers.

As a locally owned business, we prioritize personalized support and maintain a 5-acre facility staffed by over 20 dedicated professionals. Our sister companies, Front Range Gardens and Some Like It Green, extend our service capabilities while maintaining quality control. We require tax-exempt documentation for new customers to ensure compliance with state regulations. Our 30-year track record reflects our dedication to helping businesses thrive through reliable supply chains and horticultural expertise. From humble beginnings in a 4,500-square-foot hoop house to our current scale, we remain grateful for customer partnerships that enable growth.
