Services
Tubular Skylights
Velux Sun Tunnel systems harness daylight through reflective tubing to brighten interior spaces without heat transfer. Ideal for hallways, bathrooms, and kitchens, these installations typically complete in two hours. Natural light enhancement reduces electricity costs while maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures.
Skylight Replacements
Replace outdated plastic skylights with Velux's no-leak curb-mounted units featuring triple LoE glass. Energy Star-compliant models include 20-year glass warranties and three-layer waterproofing systems. Available in fixed, solar-powered, or electric fresh-air configurations for kitchens and bathrooms.
Solar-Powered Skylights
Combine daylight harvesting with integrated photovoltaic panels that store energy for nighttime illumination. These systems qualify for 30% federal tax credits and include smart nightlight features. Solar-powered attic fans also reduce cooling costs by ventilating hot air using renewable energy.
Energy-Efficient Glass
LoE3 argon-gas insulated glass units meet ENERGY STAR requirements across all climate zones. Triple-glazed options with dual-sealed construction minimize thermal transfer while maximizing natural light transmission. Available in multiple color finishes for aesthetic customization.
Attic Ventilation
Solar-powered attic fans reduce indoor temperatures by expelling hot air through roof-mounted units. These systems lower HVAC workload and energy consumption while maintaining structural integrity. Installation integrates with existing roofing materials and ventilation pathways.
