Services
Roofing Installations
Our expert team completes residential roof installations in 3-5 days using premium materials. We remove old roofs systematically, replace damaged decking, apply protective underlayment, and install shingles with proper flashing. The process includes ridge vents and thorough cleanup with magnetic nail sweepers for safety. Our licensed professionals ensure proper installation techniques that meet local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
Gutter Installation
We install seamless aluminum gutter systems tailored to your home's requirements. Our process uses on-site gutter machines to create custom lengths, professional corner cuts, and proper slope for efficient water drainage. We recommend 6-inch gutters with 4-inch downspouts for optimal performance. Proper installation prevents water damage to foundations while maintaining property value through effective rainwater management systems.
Roof Inspections
Our comprehensive roof inspections identify potential issues before they become emergencies. We examine shingle condition, flashing integrity, ventilation systems, and structural components. Regular inspections help prevent costly repairs by addressing minor issues early. We check for signs of water damage, mold growth, and compromised insulation while ensuring compliance with safety standards during the assessment process.
Roof Repairs
We handle all types of roof repairs for various materials including shingles, tiles, and cedar shakes. Our services address leaks, storm damage, missing shingles, and flashing issues. We use matching materials to maintain roof integrity while ensuring watertight seals. Emergency repairs focus on preventing further damage while permanent solutions follow established roofing best practices for lasting protection.
Skylight Installation
Our professional skylight installation enhances natural lighting while maintaining roof integrity. We carefully cut precise openings, install waterproof flashing systems, and secure energy-efficient skylights. The process includes proper insulation around installations to prevent energy loss. We follow strict safety protocols during installation to ensure structural stability while optimizing daylighting benefits for improved indoor comfort and energy efficiency.
