Leonard and Earline moved into the Eugene area in 1981 and prior to that date, lived in Southern Oregon. Leonard Shreeve started selling mobile homes in 1968 for Walker the Weeper Trailer Sales in Medford. In 1973, Leonard managed the NU Ray Roofing part of Walker the Weeper. When Walker the Weeper closed their doors in1978, Leonard started his own business and has been in the repair and service business since then. Most of our work was on mobile homes, then around 1990 we became a general contractor and started working on conventional homes and commercial buildings.
