This type of roofing comes in many brands, colors, and patterns. There is your basic three tab shingle, the middle grade dimensional roofing shingles, and then you have your high grade Lifetime Designer roofing shingles. Although there are many brands available, the two brands we use the most are GAF Roofing and Certainteed Roofing. We have found these roofing shingles to be reliable and the companies stand behind their lifetime warranties. Most other manufacturers offer only a limited lifetime warranty on composition roofing shingles.

When we inspect your gutters we look to see if they are in working condition. Some indications of needed repairs or replacement are leaking seams, rusted gutters, or holes in the gutters. Some gutters can be repaired by sealing the seams and keeping them clear of debris. Once the gutters start showing signs of rust or holes, it's probably time to replace them.

When we do our free estimate, we look at your roofing and gutters to see how much remaining life they may have. If we see that the roof can last a few more years, we may suggest repairs or maintenance to help prolong its life. If we see that repairs are needed, we may suggest a patch with a coating to help extend the life of the repair. If, after we inspect your roof, we suggest replacing it, we'll give you options based on the type of roof that we feel would provide you the greatest value and longest roof life.
