Services
Roof Cleaning
Our professional roof cleaning removes moss, algae, and debris using low-pressure washing or air-blowing techniques. We target cedar shake, shingle, tile, and composition roofs to prevent water damage while preserving material integrity. Annual maintenance extends roof lifespan and maintains property value.
Moss Removal
We eliminate existing moss growth and apply preventative treatments to inhibit regrowth. Our oil-based preservatives kill root systems while protecting against future biological growth, addressing both immediate issues and long-term prevention for cedar and composition roofs.
Roof Treatment
Our 100% oil-based Amteco Radcon treatment penetrates wood fibers to prevent rot, repel water, and block UV damage. This eco-friendly solution restores cedar roofs' natural appearance while providing multi-year protection against environmental stressors and biological growth.
Leak Repair
We diagnose and fix roof leaks using code-compliant materials and techniques. Services include pipe jack replacement, flashing repair, and shingle replacement. Our 24/7 emergency team responds rapidly to minimize water damage and prevent structural issues.
Re-Roofing
We replace damaged sections or entire roofs with premium cedar shakes, composition shingles, or tile materials. Services include ridge cap installation, underlayment replacement, and proper ventilation setup to ensure lasting protection and energy efficiency.
