Baxter Constrution is the only company to call when you have smoke damage from a fire. We had a fire in one of our apartments and they handled everything and did an excellent job on the rehab! They handled insurance and everything. They just called us when it was time to pick out flooring, cupboards, counter tops, etc! One of the easiest rehabs we've ever had as real estate investors!
