VELUX skylights and sun tunnels brighten homes with natural light while maintaining energy efficiency. We install fixed, venting, and solar-powered models with optional shades and rain sensors. Our systems qualify for federal tax credits, combining functionality with modern design aesthetics for Tri-Cities homeowners.
Solar Attic Fans
Solar-powered attic fans reduce temperatures by up to 30F, lowering cooling costs and extending roof lifespan. We install hybrid and fully solar models with 25-year warranties, qualifying for federal clean energy credits. These systems operate wire-free, ensuring eco-friendly performance without added energy expenses.
Waterproof Deck Membranes
DuraDek and DeckRite membranes provide durable, low-maintenance waterproofing for decks and patios. These slip-resistant, UV-stable systems resist fire, chemicals, and punctures while offering stylish finishes. Ideal for both residential and commercial properties, they ensure long-term protection against water damage in outdoor spaces.
Commercial Flat Roofs
Duro-Last PVC membranes deliver bulletproof durability for commercial low-slope roofs. Factory-welded seams and custom-fabricated panels minimize leaks, while energy-efficient designs reflect up to 87% of solar radiation.
