I just got dealt a roof leak that has done damage to my house. On Sunday I left a vm, got a call back Monday morning; they scheduled me for a roof shoveling and told me it would be done that day or the following day, but that they would call me before heading my way to let me know. They took my mailing/ billing address, as well as email, phone number, etc. and even quoted me the cost per hour per person. Then they never came, and when I called on Friday to ask why, they said they didn't have a record of me. I checked my phone logs to make sure I wasn't crazy.
5 years after the install, we had a leak near the sky lights. Nick was here within 3 hours of our call to fix it. Great service even though we were the second owners.
