The Engineering Services Department plans, designs and field-inspects public improvement and capital projects for the benefit of our city. Engineering Services provides and/or administers planning, engineering/architectural design and construction quality assurance services for projects involving water systems, wastewater systems, transportation, stormwater, parks and all City departments.
