Awful customer service. I called a week or so ago to talk to someone about having a tree removed. My information was taken down and I was told someone would swing by that day and that I would get a call back. Never happened. A few days later I called back and left a message stating again what I was looking to have done and mentioned how no one had gotten back to me yet. It's now a week later. No phone call. No response. No follow up. No way I'll be going with this company even if they called me back today.
