I have used All Safe Pest for 3 years now and I am extremely happy with their service. The office staff is extremely personable, friendly and helpful, and their technicians are polite, knowledgable and efficient--always arriving on time and always leaving my place clean. I have never had any problems when I use them, but if I did, they would come back and take care of whatever issues I had. They provide all-around great service, high quality, and excellent value.

I thought I saw my big nemesis - a cockroach. Regardless of what it might have been, that bug was not paying rent and it needed to be eliminated. I contacted All-Safe and they were very responsive in getting me signed up for service and finding a time that worked for me to send the tech. My tech, Kevin H., called before he arrived, and was prompt upon his arrival. He explored the entire house and treated every possible place where I could be invaded by pests.
He was clear in how long my dog needed to wait until he could go outside, and was also very communicative regarding what to do if I saw something before he returned for scheduled service. I appreciate his attention to detail and his professionalism. I am so glad I called All-Safe!

Had a service call. When guy left I noticed our garage door wouldn't close so thought maybe the guy bumped into the sensor. As it turned out, the wire to the sensor was shot and the sensor needed to be replaced. I called a manger there, Roger. Explained maybe the gentleman accidentally may have broken the wire but I wasn't sure.
Roger without hesitation offered to pay for the new sensor and a check was quickly mailed. That's how you do service. Very impressed.

For the first time in almost 19 years we had to call a pest control company. I did a lot of research and in the end chose All-Safe because we have a little dog and we didn't want anything to hurt him. We are very happy with the results so far and even happier with the level of service we've received from the very first call. Ms. Lucie has been great and Mr. Mike was amazing when he came and did the first inspection and treatment. They've both answered my million questions and have been great to work with. Highly recommend this company!

Quick response, great customer service, easy to work with! It was easy to set up a bug control program at our new house. Phone conversations about the different programs were clear and price was competitive. Contract set up by emailing documents back and forth, easy! Our pest control technician showed up on time and thoroughly sprayed and checked our property out. We are very satisfied, and haven't seen any more pests!
