In 2000 with the landscaping business expanding, Mitchell closed the gardening center and relocated to 164 Ocean Avenue, Lindenhurst where he is located today. The same year, Giannini Landscaping bought a Holiday decorating franchise to beautify the exterior of homes in the winter season as well as the spring and summer. Today, Giannini Landscaping is a full service landscape design and lawn maintenance company. We supply a fleet of forty-four clean and well-maintained trucks, with uniformed employees.

Our chemical applicators are also fully licensed to apply our chemical products. Some maintenance services which we perform are weekly lawn maintenance including up keeping of flower beds, spring and fall clean-ups, professional trimming and shearing of ornamental trees and shrubs, full turf management program (including: lawn fertilizer, pre and post emergent crabgrass control, insecticides, fungicides, and nuts edge control), fall power raking, fall core aeration, fall seeding, deep root fertilization, and granular shrub fertilization.
