MRD recently completed a Fall cleanup of my yard and flower beds. Matt and his crew arrived on time, they were neat, clean, friendly, they edged the sidewalks and cut the flower beds after they had finished raking them out. They dethatched, aerated and overseeded my lawn, and the grass has never looked better. They even came back two weeks later to gather up the extra leaves that had fallen, at no extra charge. Must know how to operate motorized machines and tools such as electric trimmers and lawnmowers. We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, able to work efficiently as well as the ability to work well on a team. Plowing experience is a plus
