Mark Masseo's problem-solving approach to landscaping has earned him and his team a reputation as one of the best in the area. From his gregarious demeanor to his adaptability, he's made it a point to treat new clients and return customers alike like family. Mark is our gregarious and innovative leader, having founded Masseo Landscape when he was 17, and later expanding into Kalleco Nursery in 2013. His tireless work ethic and serious landscape know-how have helped build both into thriving companies. His generous spirit and love for his community have led to his ongoing involvement in the New Paltz Rotary Club, his position as coach for the New Paltz Wrestling Club, and his continued support for the New Paltz Chamber of Commerce. When he's not putting his hardscape and landscape skills to use, he's probably with his wife, Bonne, cheering on their kids, Kalle and Cole, at a local sporting event.

Here's how it works. The paver itself is not actually permeable, it's the space between each paver joint that allows the water to flow through to the ground. Depending on how much precipitation the paver area sees, you may or may not need additional drainage built in, under the paver. In most areas, the permeable nature of the installation can accommodate runoff and the water will return immediately to the natural water table. If you have an area that has a lot of runoff, like a parking lot, an under drain is an easy add on.
