Made appointment with owner for one of his sons to come out for home landscape job estimate a week in advance. They never showed up. Had to call twice to get someone on phone who had no idea about it. Very unprofessional, especially since appt made with owner. Wasted my time waiting around for them. He did offer to come out, but sounded like he was doing me a big favor. Sorry, confidence gone. I'll go to someone else who acts like they actually want the business.
