So FB friends I must do a review which I rarely do. but our pool company #SunsationalPoo ls put in our brand new pool last year during the summer. I first have to say Julie is such a wonderful and graceful person to meet. She was refreshing I should say because the art of customer service is lost now a days and she has a masters degree in it. Their team is amazing and walks you through the entire process and is there for you at all stages of the process. They are hands down the best and most professional pool company in south Florida. Ya'll know there are a bunch of shady pool companies out there! Sunsational Pools will roll out the red carpet for you, over and over again! They also completed our landscaping and did such an amazing job giving us our own little oasis in our backyard. Sorry this is so long but they seriously are the best. One of the Palm trees they installed LAST year didn't make it. I made 1 phone call yesterday to Scotty, Julie's husband, and he said send me a picture of it and I'll take care of it. I sent him a pic and they were here THE SAME DAY and replaced the dead tree for a beautiful new palm! This is the kind of service I'm talking about! So, if you ever need a new pool, a facelift on your old pool, landscaping or a new and fresh design for your backyard you have to call them. They are still taking care of us a year later!
