We are a full-service landscape architecture, land planning and landscape contracting firm with branch offices in East Dublin and Macon, GA. For us, environmental design means addressing a space's history, surroundings and the way people will engage and interact with it.
We are, in our heart, designers and architects. Our palette is comprised of trees, shrubs, flowers, brick, stone, water and concrete. We build with the future in mind, so that as our work matures it becomes even more stunning. Growing up in timber and farming, Tim's work is informed by a conservationist's mindset and farm-boy pragmatism, creating spaces for the people and places he understands in the rural south. Tim is a registered landscape architect with over a quarter century of robust experience.
Your landscape is dynamic. Is your landscaper? T. Lake Environmental Design provides an impressive breadth of services, which include design-build, landscape maintenance and environmental services. Whether you own a massive estate or asset manage the local university, these are the questions worth asking - because your reputation is on the line. At T. Lake Environmental Design, we have the experience and knowledge base it takes to ensure the landscaping on your property not only looks remarkable, but also inviting and livable, down to the very last detail.
At the end of the day, more time will be invested in maintaining your landscape than went in to creating it in the first place. Keeping a healthy lawn, coaxing plants to grow in the right way, and perpetuating harmony on the grounds are all things we pride ourselves on. A great landscape is a living work of art - it takes patience and care to preserve it and foster its growth. It's the first thing your tenants and guests see when they arrive - and the last thing when they leave. Walkways with low-hanging branches?
There isn't a lot we haven't seen. Our years of experience have made us experts at dealing with any problem that arises during the construction phase. Installing a landscape involves just as much expertise as designing it (sometimes even more). Topography, dealing with difficult plant species, irrigation installation and a myriad of other challenges await every construction job.
Thank you T. Lake Environmental Design for our beautiful fire pit/cowboy grill! Your team worked very quickly, accurately and perfectly! Thank you.
Great folks who are the top of their field. Professional, consistent, and of the highest integrity. From a long time customer.
A lot of people think of lawn care as beginning and ending at mowing. Although maintaining a healthy lawn does require mowing, there are many other equally important factors to consider.
This month’s featured project is all about what happens when contractors fall through, leaving their unlucky customers with unfinished work and a big old mess to clean up.
We've had over 3 inches of rain in the last 2 days! 🌊
Water waste is a serious problem. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reports half of all water used outdoors is lost to wind, evaporation, and runoff due to inefficient irrigation systems and methods. 🚰
This photo shows one of our client's existing pool, deck, patio, and landscaping. The couple’s place was nice and well-kept, but a bit dated and not the intimate, memorable space they wanted.
