The actual name of the company is Evolve Contracting, Inc., DBA Evolve Professional Landscape Management. Part of our company's mission is to establish long-lasting relationships with each one of our clients. We do this by being dependable, reliable, and effectively turning your yard into a work of art each time we service your home or business. When co-owners Chase Stevens and Joseph Bustos began developing this premier landscape management company, they wanted a name that would reflect the vision for each landscape job they completed.

Our company specializes in property management across Central Florida. In our efforts to enhance the community was to put efforts into the grounds within the community. Our first item on the list was to resurrect an old irrigation system that was installed but was not in service for many years. After extensive research, we came across Evolve. It was not an easy project, however Evolve was able to resurrect the outdated system which is now working flawlessly. We would not hesitate to recommend Evolve to anyone who is in the multi-family service industry to be their vendor of choice.
