Mission: Tara Armistead Landscape Architecture is a small and intensive practice based in Nashville, Tennessee. Founded in 1987, we combine a strong design clarity with innovative ideas, a passion for nature and sustainable living, and a love of architectural form. We design landscapes that deepen the connection between nature and culture by listening, collaborating and creating. Our projects are highly varied - ranging from the large-scale planning of The Warner Parks and Vanderbilt University to exceptional private residential gardens.
