This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is dated as of the date above and is between GRASSHUGGERS LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Company") and the "Customer" specified below. Customer shall remove all household personal items, trash, and debris from the work area. This includes but is not limited to animal waste, outdoor furniture, grills, and toys. Additionally, Customer shall not schedule any other services that impede Company's ability to perform Company's services. In the event Company works around an area or does not perform the services due to an issue raised in this section, Customer will still be charged full pricing, and Company will not return to perform the services until Customer's next scheduled service day.

We utilize established cultural practices and integrated pest management solutions to maintain and design landscapes throughout Columbus and central Ohio.
