Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Herrick's fascination with horticulture stems from his childhood days of pushing a Sears Craftsman mower throughout the Lomond area of Shaker Heights to earn some extra money. After graduating from Shaker Heights high school, Herrick pursued his B.S. degree in Horticulture at Ohio State University while simultaneously building his landscape company in Cleveland. Since that time, H.A.M. Landscaping Inc. has grown into a full service design-build-maintenance firm. With over 30 years of experience, Herrick A. Mann, president of H.A.M. Landscaping, has crafted an award-winning full-service landsaping company that caters to the lawn and property needs of both residential clients and commercial businesses.

With a heated warehouse and garage that houses our expansive fleet of snow plow trucks, our experienced mechanical staff is able to work quickly and efficiently during Cleveland's snow and ice events. We provide residential snow plowing in our service area as well as commercial snow plowing, salting, sidewalk shoveling, and loader work throughout the greater Cleveland area. We have the experience that it takes to handle snow and ice in Cleveland winters.

Permeable Pavers allow for a solid, structurally sound surface for driveways, patios and walkways while preventing storm water runoff that overwhelms our cities' storm sewer systems and carries pollutants, silt and debris into our streams, rivers and lakes. Permeable Pavers are spaced apart just enough to allow rain water to seep in between each individual paver and into a gravel filtration zone where it is naturally cleaned and slowly released back into the existing environment to water and feed nearby vegetation such as lawns, trees and shrubs.
