Hoover Nursery & Landscaping, Inc. was established by Dave and Becky Hoover in 1983. The company commenced its work through mowing, fertilizing lawns, landscaping, and other forms of maintenance. As the business began to grow, All County Landscape Supply, Inc. was added in 1995. The new addition allowed for enhanced customer service and quality of work. All County Landscape Supply Inc. was formed in 1995 by Dave and Becky along with Mike and Linda Tesch. The goal was to allow the two companies to complement each other.
