ACE did a fantastic job on our pavers and new stairs. The pavers had a meandering path to a circle around and old style street lamp. It looks great and the crew was professional and tidy. This is the third or fourth project we've had them do and all have turned out great. Thank You!
Learn from my mistake! Always get a quote up front. Used ACE for years for lawn care, when I asked them to take care of leaf pick up and gutter cleaning, I neglected to ask for a quote. Big Mistake! I was charged $400, the same I pay for lawn care and snow. I called and confirmed that they had done the last pick up. When I said that my lawn and gutters were still filled with leaves and didn't think that $400 was a good value for the service. I was met with the response, "In our defense, it's been windy." No offer to come out and take care of it or to reduce my bill. I'm so disappointed. Learn from my mistake. If everything goes well, no problem. If you have a problem, don't expect satisfaction. Terrible customer service and no loyalty to a long-standing customer.
