Welcome to Landscapes Unlimited, Inc, a design/build landscaping firm specializing in landscape architectural design, landscape installation and seasonal maintenance, serving residential and commercial clients in South Bend, Mishawaka, and Granger.

Landscapes Unlimited, Inc. is co-owned by Dave Barncord and Al Vleaminck, both life long residents of the South Bend area. Dave and Al draw on a combined 70+ years in the landscape industry to provide our clients with an enjoyable, rewarding experience as we move through the design/build process from concept, to detailed planning, to implementation and maintenance. Dave Barncord is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in landscape architecture and is a registered landscape architect in Indiana and Michigan, practicing since 1978.

If you are building, we can begin working with you and your home designer prior to construction to select the placement and elevation of the home on your property. Layout of driveways, walkways, entries and terraces can also begin taking shape at this time. As your home is constructed, we will continue to develop plans for landscaping and outdoor living spaces with your input and direction. If you are looking to improve the setting of your existing home by re-landscaping, adding a new patio, deck, pool, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, fire pit, or any other outdoor spaces and amenities, we will work with you to develop a creative and distinctive plan that meets your needs and budget.
