S & D Landscape & Irrigation is a full-service landscape and irrigation company based out of Coldwater, MI. Shawn Madden began providing neighborhood lawn services under the name S&D Lawn Service in 1985. At that time, he was limited to driving his mower around the community. Gradually over the years, Shawn added more and more equipment to his business, and having the ability to drive expanded his operations as well. In 2002, in partnership with his brother Todd Madden, Shawn purchased an irrigation company called Quality Care Underground Sprinklers. The two companies were run separately, with landscaping services, including pavers, retaining walls, landscape lighting, lawn installation and water gardens, added the following year.
S & D Landscape and Irrigation has been handling the irrigation needs of Brach County since the acquisition of Quality Care Underground Sprinklers in 2002. Our 30 years of experience in the landscaping business has allowed us to quickly become familiar and proficient with the installation and design of irrigation systems. Using Hunter irrigation products exclusively, we are able to install irrigation systems for both residential and commercial projects. We never mix and match products - meaning that your system will be dependable for years to come.
