We called Neat and Green last minute, after our last winter storm, at the recommendation of a sister property. They were able to get right out here, cleaned my lots, and even came back to do a check after the city plows came through. Price was very reasonable for an emergency situation, as well.
This company is terrible. They started a job and never finished. It was a simple job to cut down a tree stump and trim a tree. They said the job would take 1 or 2 hours and billed for 3. I have camera footage of them being there only 2 hours and they did not adjust the bill or finish the job. James is a terrible person to deal with. Don't ever hire this company.
