The Cascade Pest Control team understands that managed properties are valuable investments, and that choosing a trusted pest control partner is crucial to protecting your investment. Pest infestations can be challenging to control. So all our pest control technicians are trained and certified. We assume a determination to eliminate pests effectively while using methods that are safe and considerate of the environment. Our staff approaches rodent and pest control with a genuine interest in the health and safety of your family and home.

I'm Kurt Treftz a co-founder of Cascade Pest Control. Over the years I and a number of well-qualified technicians have inspected and cared for thousands of homes and businesses in the Pacific Northwest, protecting people and property from pests. Checking out dirty crawl spaces is just one part of that. Started in 1979, Cascade quickly became known for the efficiency, quality, and dependability of its pest control service. Being native to the Pacific Northwest we held a high value for Washington's abundant natural environment and the welfare of its people and communities.

Cascade rodent control specialists first assess the damage and inspect the property. Your technician looks for access points, visible damage and assesses the next steps. We take pride in unraveling the mystery of how rats or mice could enter your structure. This can include taking action to prevent rodent infestation immediately after the inspection. This treatment starts Cascade's Rodent Inspect & Protect service. The beginning of long-term rat or mouse prevention starts with our initial rodent extermination.

Wasps, hornets, and bees can pose a collective threat to children, adults, and pets, especially for those who are allergic. Cascade's expert, environmentally safe wasp and bee control services allow you to enjoy your favorite outdoor spaces with the peace of mind that stinging pest infestations have been safely eliminated. Yellow Jackets can nest in a wide range of areas around the home. They can be both ground nesters (living in holes around the home), and aerial nesters (paper-like nests hanging from roof eaves or trees).

Pests are bad for business, and an unwelcome presence in any public setting. An infestation of rats, mice, termites, ants, or other pests common to the Seattle area can cause harm to your reputation, create potentially serious health risks, and cause damage to the inventory and structures you depend on every day to operate your business. Whether you're dealing with an infestation currently or aiming to prevent one in the future, a knowledgeable, reliable commercial pest control expert is a major asset.

Cascade Pest Control provides professional termite extermination and control. We have unique expertise with termite pest control in the Seattle, Washington area. Our area is home to both subterranean termites and damp-wood termites, each requiring very different treatment approaches. Your technician is trained to ensure that you get the most comprehensive termite control and protection, without paying for unnecessary termite treatments. Our experienced Cascade termite control experts will inspect your home or business to determine the extent of the termite infestation, including the vulnerability of your construction type to termites.

Spiders are famous for their ominous appearance and ability to bite, often with venom. Typically, spiders will show up outside your home or business around your doors, windows, and eaves - and then find a crack or opening to invade the inside of your building. Cascade Pest Control experts strongly recommend outside spider control treatment to prevent an indoor spider infestation! Our expert Cascade spider control technicians are trained to determine the type of spiders in your home or business and find a safe, effective solution.

The Cascade Pest Control team understands that managed properties are valuable investments, and that choosing the right pest control service is crucial to protecting your investment. Our technicians have the skills and tools to protect your property from pests, and our office staff are experts at handling the logistics of pest control for property management. We ensure that the details of our services are only discussed with property managers or board members while making sure that all of the relevant parties are communicating effectively.

Even the newest, cleanest home is subject to pest invasions during any time of the year, and older homes can be especially vulnerable. Insect and rodent pests are stealthy, secretive, and prolific by nature, so they can quickly become well-established before the homeowner even realizes they are there. Common pests, including rats, mice, wasps, termites, and other insects typical to the Seattle/Puget Sound area, can spread disease, pose health problems, and some may even damage the structure of your home.

From Tacoma to Bellingham, homeowners and businesses in the Puget Sound region require ant control. Urban and suburban areas all have issues with ant pest control. Certain ants, such as carpenter ants, can compromise the structural integrity of your home or business. Even ants commonly called "sugar ants" might seem harmless, until they swarm your kitchen.
